Day 17: The Bishop. Here's a quick sketch that I did so I can take the bishop and start to think about it in 3D space. I'll take these dimensions and sketchlines into the computer and start to build this out in 3D.
Day 016
Day 16: The Knight. I thought it would be an interesting design exercise to run through the chessboard and design a chess set. Just so happens that I was thinking of the Knight first! Here's a sketch with a Pilot Razor Point on Canson Marker Paper and rendered digitally with Photoshop.
Day 014
Day 014: Getting the hang of digital sketching.
Day 013
Day 013 Lambo Study. Getting the hang of Sketchbook Pro!
Day 012
Jet Plane for day 12!
Day 009
Flashlights for Day 009
Day 007
Day 007 - FedEx drone truck? Maybe!
Day 006
Day 6 is an early one. Did a little computer mouse warm up page. Nothing special here, just a couple lines to get the blood flowing.
Day 004
Day 4: They aren't all perfect! I fought this sketch hard from the start. I'm not great at drawing cars, but gotta practice to get better. There's a couple perspective issues I'm seeing here, maybe I'll try an overlay later!
Day 002
Day 2 has come and gone. I've really been into learning about and designing softgoods. I just recently taught myself how to sew, and am working on a couple of bag prototypes. I will be updating the blog with my progress as I go. Be sure to follow along to see what comes next!
Sketch was fingerpainted on my iPad using Sketchbook Pro, I should remember to bring my stylus next time...
